Plan A Visit
We’re looking forward to worshipping with you!
Easter Service | March 31 | 10am
We can’t wait to celebrate Easter with you! At Newport, we have a high value of worshipping together as a whole body and that includes our kids and our youth. We have worked hard at creating a worship experience that is engaging for all generations and want you to be able to worship as a family. To learn more about our Easter service, click the button below.
Lent at Newport
One of the invitations of Lent, the 40 days leading up to Easter, is to alter our regular rhythms to draw special attention to our relationship with God and each other. Beginning February 14th with Ash Wednesday, we will focus our attention on Scripture through experiential practices. On Sundays in Lent (February 18th-March 24th), we will carry this similar emphasis by gathering together at tables, engaging in spiritual practices, and having intentional conversations. Familiar practices like singing together, prayer, and communion will continue, though perhaps in different forms. What To Expect
When you come to Newport, you can expect to be welcomed into a friendly environment by people who genuinely want you to feel welcome here. Our gatherings last about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes and include music, a message from the Bible, a message for kids, and prayer. For Your Family
KidsNewport Kids is where kids are invited to follow Jesus and build meaningful relationships with one another. Newborns through 5th graders have a ton of fun as they learn get to know Jesus through stories – God’s story and our own.
Youth
We are committed to creating a place where middle and high school students can belong, grow, and encounter God. Our Newport Students meet on Wednesday nights for games, discussion, and small group check-ins.
